Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before placing your order and retain a copy for future reference. 1. These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Rainbow Ribbons (hereinafter called RR). 2. No contract exists between you and RR until an order is received and confirmation is forwarded by e-mail, fax or post acknowledging acceptance, other than the initial response that your e-mail has reached RR. 3. RR reserves the right to refuse to accept orders from any individual or company at its discretion. 4.YOUR RIGHT OF CANCELLATION You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods. A working day is any day other than weekends and public holidays. 5. To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice by e-mail, fax, post or hand to our contact address giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) delivered. 6. If you exercise your right of cancellation after receipt of goods, then you will be responsible for returning the goods to RR at your expense. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged prior to, or in transit. You will be refunded or re-credited within 10 working days. 7. If the goods are not returned as required, then RR may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods. 8. All prices displayed are valid at the time of placing the order. We reserve the right to apply any increase in price if the required delivery date is beyond 10 working days of placing the order. 9. All descriptions, drawings, specifications are given as an approximation. 10. DELIVERIES and DESPATCH It is our intention to despatch goods, subject to availability, within two working days of receipt of payment and every reasonable effort will be made to do so. Should you require a specific delivery date, then please telephone us and advise. For Next Day/Special Delivery, you must order before 11.00a.m., to receive your goods the following day. Next day deliveries apply to working days only. However, RR will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery, including any consequential loss. If any serious delay is probable, then we will inform you as soon as possible. 11. Damages and shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. 12. If you have not received your goods within 10 working days, and you have not been informed of any anticipated delay, then please contact us. 13. WARRANTY If the products you receive are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity, RR's liability shall be limited to replacing the goods or making good any shortfall. Alternatively, at RR's option we will credit the price and delivery charges to your credit/debit card. |
